- 1. Introduction1. Introduction
- 1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the reduced hosting fees offer for new businesses ("Offer") provided by WPstrato, a division of Internetami Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
- 1.2 By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and the general terms and conditions of WPstrato, which can be found on our website at [www.wpstrato.com/terms].
- 2.1 The Offer is available to new businesses that have been in operation for less than 12 months as of the date of application.
- 2.2 "New businesses" are defined as entities that have not previously used any hosting services provided by WPstrato or any of its affiliated companies.
- 2.3 The Offer is limited to one per business entity and is non-transferable.
- 3.1 The reduced hosting fees will be applied for the first 12 months from the date of the initial purchase of a hosting plan.
- 3.2 After the 12-month period, the hosting fees will revert to the standard rates applicable at that time.
- 4.1 To apply for the Offer, you must complete the application form available on our website and provide the required documentation, including but not limited to:
- Proof of business registration (e.g., incorporation certificate, business license).
- Proof of business age (e.g., bank statements, invoices, contracts).
- 4.2 WPstrato reserves the right to verify the information provided and may request additional documentation.
- 4.3 WPstrato will notify you of the approval or rejection of your application within 5 business days.
- 5.1 The reduced hosting fees will be applied automatically upon approval of your application.
- 5.2 Payment for the hosting services is due in advance, either on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during the application process.
- 5.3 If payment is not received by the due date, the hosting services may be suspended or terminated, and the Offer may be revoked.
- 6.1 You may cancel the hosting services at any time, but the Offer will not be extended beyond the 12-month period.
- 6.2 Refunds will be processed in accordance with our general refund policy, which can be found on our website.
- 6.3 No refunds will be provided for the reduced fees portion of the Offer.
- 7.1 WPstrato reserves the right to terminate the Offer and/or your hosting services at any time, with or without cause, by providing 30 days written notice.
- 7.2 Termination of the Offer does not affect any other terms and conditions of the hosting services.
- 8.1 WPstrato is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Offer.
- 8.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPstrato and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the hosting services and participation in the Offer.
- 9.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- 9.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to the Offer shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
- 10.1 At WPstrato's discretion, any disputes arising from or related to the Offer may be resolved through independent arbitration, with an independent law firm agreed upon by both parties (WPstrato and the client), provided that such arbitration is permitted by applicable law.
- 11.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified or replaced to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
- 12.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WPstrato regarding the Offer and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
- 12.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- 12.3 WPstrato may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Your continued use of the hosting services after the effective date of the amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
